Access to personal data is granted on a need-to-know basis, and employees are required to handle all personal data in accordance with our privacy policies and procedures.

Personal information in the Company’s custody may be stored in both digital/electronic format and paper-based/physical format. Physical documents containing personal data are stored in locked filing cabinets within a secure data room. Digital/electronic files are stored in secure servers, with access restricted to authorized personnel based on their specific access permissions. This ensures that only individuals with the appropriate clearance can access sensitive personal information.
