How do I pre-order?

Visit any participating The Loop store, and our Product Experts will assist you with creating your pre-order account and completing your pre-order.

Are all colors available?

All Galaxy Z8 series colors are available for pre-order, except for the Samsung Online Exclusive colors.

Do I need to pay in full upon pre-ordering? Can I make a partial payment?

Yes. Partial payment is available when you place your pre-order. Simply pay the remaining balance within 72 hours to confirm your order. If the balance is not settled within the given period, your pre-order will be cancelled.

How do I settle the remaining balance for my in-store pre-order?

If you made a partial payment, you can settle the remaining balance online within 72 hours. Our team will monitor your payment status and assist you if needed.

Can I change my unit after paying for the security deposit?

No. Once your pre-order is placed, the selected unit or color cannot be changed. If you'd like a different variant, you'll need to place a new pre-order.

Is the security deposit refundable?

Yes. The security deposit is refundable.

What is the difference between Cash and Installment Price?

Cash Price applies to straight payments (cash or full card payment) and installment transactions of up to 12 months with participating banks. Installment Price applies to installment transactions of up to 36 months with participating banks.
