When is the cut-off for in-store and online pre-orders?

Deadline for in-store pre-orders is on October 15, 2026 once store closes, while cutoff for The Loop on Shopee pre-order is on October 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

Do I need to pay in full upon pre-ordering? Can I make a partial payment?

There are 2 options available:

1. Pre-order in-store and pay the amount in full or a security deposit of at least P10,000. When you pre-order in-store during pre-order exclusive days (UnionBank, Home Credit, and GGives) you will have to pay the amount in full.

2. Pre-order online at our Shopee Mall store and pay the amount in full.

How should I settle my balance for in-store pre-orders?

You may settle your balance on or before October 16, 2026 via any of our accepted mode of payments.

Can I change my unit after paying for the security deposit?

We do not allow changing of unit once the security deposit has been settled.

Is the security deposit refundable?
