- Customers can place a pre-order for the Galaxy Z Flip7 FE, Z Flip7, and Z Fold7 at the participating The Loop Stores from July 15 - 31, 2025.
- The customer must visit the select participating The Loop Stores and access the https://www.samsung.com/ph/galaxyZF7preorder/ link to reserve the Galaxy Z Flip7 FE, Z Flip7, and Z Fold7: SM City Baguio, Ayala Malls U.P. Town Center, Ayala Malls Feliz, MITSUKOSHI BGC, S Maison at Conrad Manila, Newpoint Mall,Alabang Town Center, Ayala Center Cebu, Ayala Malls Central Bloc.
- The customer must reserve in the link together with the Tech Scout/sales frontliner in the store.
- The customer gets a Free Memory Upgrade as part of the Pre-Order Offer. Memory upgrade is applicable within the following model series only. Upgrade cannot jump from 1 series to another. (Example - Upgrade from Z Flip 7 to Fold 7 is not accepted).
- The customer needs to settle a security deposit of at least P3,000 at their branch of choice (full payment required for UnionBank and BPI cardholders).

- The Store must get their Samsung Pre-Order Link Credentials.

- Upon claiming, the customer needs to present the pre-order copy from the email and a government issued ID.
- The promoter must close the status in the portal after the customer pays the balance amount and claims the devices and freebies.
- All Pre-Order offers are not convertible to cash.
- Change of store, unit, or model is not allowed after the security deposit has been settled.
- The security deposit is non-refundable.
- For pre-orders paid in full: Sales Invoice will only be issued upon claiming of the device or upon unit’s release. The mode of payment is final. Reversal of transactions to change mode of payment will not be allowed.
- The customer’s email used during the pre-order process can only be used for a maximum of 3 units.
